Italian food is popular in Medellín and we look at nine of the best Italian restaurants in Medellín and the Aburrá Valley that are very popular with good food.

We have a separate article about the best pizzerias in Medellín.

The following list of the best Italian restaurants in Medellín and the Aburrá Valley was created with the help of my Colombian wife.
