I am originally from Texas, so good Mexican food was a part of my life there and I like authentic Mexican food. But much of the Mexican food in Medellín isn’t very authentic.

Some of the Mexican restaurants in Medellín don’t have very good hot sauces. This is likely do to many Colombians not really liking spicy food in my experience.

I have been on a quest to find the best Mexican restaurants in Medellín. And I have tried well over 25 Mexican restaurants. And the following list is the 13 best Mexican restaurants I have found in Medellín and my Colombia wife helped with this list.

Note that s few on this list can be considered be Tex-Mex. And one is a Mexican-Asian fusion restaurant. But they all have good food in my experience.
