Lucio Carbon y Vino is a steakhouse located in Envigado on Calle de la Buena Mesa that is very popular with locals and some foreigners. This restaurant has a very nice ambience and very good steaks.
In the United States, we’d call Lucio a steakhouse, but here in Colombia and South America it’s known as a parilla, a restaurant where grilled meats are served.
Lucio Carbon y Vino is so popular that it’s currently the highest rated steakhouse in Envigado on TripAdviser.
This restaurant typically caters to a more sophisticated clientele. And service has usually been excellent in my experience plus the atmosphere feels intimate. So, it’s a good place to go with a date at night or for a business lunch.

I’ve often wondered if the salmon served in restaurants and stocked in groceries from Norway are wild or farmed salmon. I have asked but, never got a straight answer. Does anyone have the facts ?
Hi Don, I also have asked about the salmon but I don’t get a straight answer like you.
