Jeff I would love your advice on Jerico and Jardin
I’m planning renting a car right after our arrival in Rionegro, and drive to either city from the airport.
Should I stay in Jerico, or In jardin?
I arrive at around noon… Is that a good time to drive from Rionegro to Jerico?
Would the road be less crowded at the end of the year?
We arrive on the 30th of December 2019
See our articles about Jericó – https://medellinguru.com/jerico-antioquia/ and Jardín https://medellinguru.com/jardin/. Both are worth visiting and it is up to your individual taste which is better. I personally prefer Jardín. Also, inexpensive buses go to either pueblo and will be much cheaper than renting a car.
Since it is the New Year’s holiday the roads may be more crowded than normal and both pueblos may be busy with Colombian tourists. So, it may be difficult to make reservations for a place to stay. Make sure you can book a place before making a trip.
Please add me to your RSVP list for November 27th.
Hi Brian, I put you down for 1 RSVP. See you at Medellin Beer Factory tomorrow.
