The Bottom Line: Caduff Pasta Fresca
I like Italian food and I have lived in Medellín for over eight years but hadn’t yet been to Caduff until recently. But when I tried Caduff, I found the staff attentive and friendly and the food was very good. I definitely plan to return to this restaurant.
The warm ambience in this restaurant suits the delicious fresh pasta and the kitchen is open so you can see them preparing your food. The pasta is always fresh as they make the pasta in the restaurant. Also, you can buy the pasta made here to cook at home.
The bottom line is that Caduff Pasta Fresca has some very good food with fresh pasta and other ingredients and good presentation. And the restaurant is casual with a nice ambiance and good service.
Also, save room for the Sueño Suizo (Swiss Dream) dessert – Swiss cream with caramelized almonds or strawberries – which I highly recommend.
