Thank you for the extended article. Can someone clarify this. Near the top of the article I read this. “To Rent: for a comfortable two-bedroom unfurnished apartment in Sabaneta, you would pay an average of about 1,208,200 pesos per month ($311 USD).” but further down looking at the rent comparison charts I didn’t see anything close to $311 for an apartment. Am I misinterpreting the data?

Thanks is updated to $332 USD at current exchange rate of 3,634 pesos per USD, the table is from late 2019 when exchange rate was different.
