Mistura is a popular Peruvian restaurant chain in Medellín that is an interesting fusion of Peruvian and Japanese food with very good ceviche, sushi and other seafood.
This is one of my favorite Peruvian restaurants in Medellín. I have eaten at this restaurant several times and the service and food has been very good.
Mistura has three restaurants in Medellín plus two additional restaurants located in Cartagena and Barranquilla. I have been to all three of this chain’s restaurants in Medellín plus the Mistura restaurant in Cartagena. And the food in my experience is consistently good at the restaurants in this chain.
The owners of the Mistura restaurant chain are Colombian partners. And Mistura has some very good ceviche plus good sushi and other good seafood dishes on the menu.
In my experience, the dishes at this restaurant chain are well-prepared and well-presented. Also, there are some creative dishes with unique flavors on the menu due to being a fusion restaurant.
