Yes Belen is nice and El Poblado is overrated. I would never live in El Poblado. I prefer living more like a local and not in westernized and hilly El Poblado. I live in Fatima which is close to Unicentro mall and I can walk to the Fatima metro bus station and be on the A metro line in not much time.
