About Us
Pergamino
We started our own coffee production over 30 years ago in the mountains of Santa Bárbara, Antioquia. Now, we also work hand in hand with more than 600 partner producers nationwide.
Most of these coffees are exported as green beans to over 20 countries, always in small batches, with complete traceability, and selecting only those with the highest physical and sensory quality.
Contrary to what usually happens in Colombia, some of the best lots are not exported but roasted in small batches. Our baristas carefully prepare the coffee in our specialized stores.

Artisanal & perfect roasting
Our daily roasting routines are specifically created to develop the unique potential of each origin's profile. We don't use computerized machines; it's all in the hands of our master roasters.

The best coffee in your home
We firmly believe that good coffee should always be served fresh. That's why we deliver within 24 hours in Medellin and use the best (FedEx) for shipments to the rest of Colombia.
We serve the coffee hot, directly from the tree to your cup
Colombian Coffee's Soul
PERGAMINO
But beyond the good times we have in our work, what truly fills us with joy is being able to serve as the final bridge between rural Colombia and you, the end consumer.
This rural Colombia is beautiful but in danger of extinction; the average age of the Colombian coffee farmer is over 56, and we do not see a generational renewal. Unique coffees play a fundamental role in this change.
With high, fair, and sustainable prices, we aim to strengthen a rural middle class around coffee, one that thinks not of survival but of profitability and progress.
