This year\, attendees can enjoy free performances by artists such as Arelys Henao\, Alex Manga\, Rikarena\, Fernando González\, Agrupación Musical Los Relicarios\, the Dueto Buriticá\, Los Sedosos del Ritmo\, Tola y Maruja\, and local talents\, who will make every corner of the city come alive.\n\nIt will be nine days to pay tribute to the roots\, enjoy the creativity of the artists\, and proudly celebrate the 250th anniversary of Envigado\, which\, according to Municipal Agreement of the Envigado Council 027 of 2003\, observes its classic birthday date on July 14 of each year. \n\n📚 History & Interesting Facts:\n\nThe Carriel Festivals are one of the most emblematic and deeply rooted celebrations in the municipality of Envigado\, Antioquia. Its origins date back to the 1970s\, arising from the need to recognize and honor the cultural and artisanal wealth of the region\, with the carriel as the central symbol.
